You have come to the right place.   I am eager to show you what I can do for you.  I am a hard worker and will do whatever it takes to help you win your legal cases.  I have the education, experience, and knowledge to study and screen medical records for the answers you need.  Let me do that for you so that you can focus on the legal aspects of your cases.

I am the Daughter of a Father who was injured badly while working his job that provided for his family.  I want to help others with their injuries after they occur to give them the fair and just treatment they deserve.

As a Registered Nurse with 27 years general surgical experience and a certified legal nurse consultant, I continue to be clinically active and current in standards of care.  I will read electronic charts uncoding the mystery of electronic records saving you time to focus on the legal issues.

  • Give verbal bottomline preliminary opinion after screening and investigating each case

  • Summarize, translate, and interpret medical records
  • Conduct literature searches and integrate the literature and standards/guidelines into the case analysis

  • Identify and review relevant medical records, hospital policies and procedures, other essential documents, and other tangible items
  • Interview clients, key witnesses, and experts
  • Consult with healthcare providers
  • Identify types of testifying experts needed
  • Locate and interface with expert witnesses
  • Communicate with potential testifying experts
  • Analyze and compare expert witnesses reports and other work product
  • Serve a liaison between the attorney and healthcare providers, testifying experts, parties, witnesses, and other consultants
  • Attend depositions, trials, review panels, and arbitration and medical hearings
  • Help prepare witnesses and experts for deposition and trial
  • Coordinate and attend independent medical (IMEs)
  • As a testifying expert, develop life care plans
